不停抽液压示功仪漏油原因分析与改进

摘    要:综合分析了从原西德引进 (已国产化 )的不停抽液压示功仪发生漏油的原因 ,认为机械结构复杂、密封面过多和密封方式选择不合理是漏油的主要原因。为此 ,做如下设计改进 :①采用一体化设计 ,将原泵 1、泵 2两体改为一体 ;②取消高压泵筒 ;③将柱塞套和阀座合二为一 ,变三角密封为外圆密封 ;④增大柱塞直径。改进设计后仪器质量减轻 10 % ,彻底消除了漏油现象 ,且泵效提高 35 %。

Abstract:The causes of oil leakage of an imported hydraulic dynamometer are analyzed, it is considered that oil leakage is most probably resulted from complicated mechanical structure, excessive seal surfaces and unreasonalbe selection of seal patterns. Thereby modifications are made as follows: (1) making No.1 and No.2 pumps integrated; (2) abolishing the high-pressure barrel; (3) integrating the plunger sleeve and the valve seat, and changing the triangle seal into excircle seal; (4) enlarging the diameter of the plunger. After modification, the mass of the instrument is reduced by 10%, and oil leakage is thoroughly eliminated and the pump efficiency is improved by 35%.
