基于UG软件的变速箱顶盖重力铸造模具设计

金属型重力铸造相比于砂型铸造来说,铸件的力学性能和尺寸精度更好,生产成本更低,有利于批量化生产。本设计过程全部运用UG7.5软件,利用砂芯来成型产品的内腔和侧孔部分,虽然在制造过程中需要制造两副模具,但是从批量化的生产当中看,还是切实可行的,而且在设计上也更直观,避免了侧抽芯等复杂的模具结构设计,提高了模具精度。
