| 摘 要： | 根据塑料圆盖表面不准有进胶浇口痕迹的要求，模具脱模方式采用定模脱模结构。介绍了3种定模脱模结构形式，并分析了3种定模脱模结构的设计和加工的利弊，提出了定模卸料板直浇口结构适应圆盖注塑模具的需要。简化了模具结构，降低了生产成本。经生产实践证明，该模具结构合理，制作的塑件符合用户的要求。
