化学阻化剂对高硫煤的阻化实验研究

摘    要:采用过硫酸钠对高硫煤样进行阻化处理,预先破坏或者减少煤中硫化物、活性基团,在可控的条件下,提前把煤氧复合产生的热量安全的释放,提高煤与氧低温反应的难度,从而达到防止煤自燃的目的。采用程序升温氧化法对煤样进行模拟氧化实验,用气相色谱对煤氧化产生的CO、CO2进行分析,从宏观上分析阻化前后煤样自燃特性的变化;用傅里叶-红外分析仪对煤样进行测试,从微观上分析阻化前后煤样主要活性官能团变化规律。结合宏观与微观分析得出:过硫酸钠可以作为一种防止高硫煤炭自燃的化学阻化剂。

Abstract:Using sodium per sulfate destroys or reduces sulphide and high reactivity functional group in coal,and raising barriers of coal react with oxygen at low temperature,so as to achieve the purpose of preventing coal combustion.Several kinds of coal inhibitors are tested with programmed temperature-rise oxidation method and gas chromatograph,and then we macroscopically analyze the change of coal samples after the reaction.At the same time,we use FT-IR to analyze the microscopic change of coal.We conclude that s...
