微机化刚性转子动平衡测量装置的研制

摘    要:针对传统动平衡机测量装置误差大、效率低等缺陷,设计了一种利用微机进行测量的新型刚性转子动平衡测量系统。该系统运行可靠,测量效率高,误差小,并具有电路简单、通用性好等优点。

Abstract:To counter the disadvantages of large error and low efficiency of the measuring system of traditional balancing machine, the new system of CAB (computeraided balancing) is developed in this paper. It has many advantages such as the well reliablity, high testing efficiency, low measuring error, simplified circuit and well universality. It can be widly adopted in practice.
