建立健全企业职工工资正常增长机制研究

摘    要:以湖北企业为例,讨论了建立企业职工工资正常增长机制的途径.基本结论是,企业职工收入与经济效益同步增长的机制尚没有建立,工资总体水平仍然偏低,行业间收入差距较大,部分企业职工工资增长缓慢,企业拖欠职工工资现象依然存在.要改变这种状况,必须加强政府的调控职能,加强工会组织的建设,健全完善企业职工工资正常增长与支付保障机制,以确保企业劳动者分享企业发展的成果.

Abstract:This paper takes enterprises in Hubei Province as an example and discusses the establishment of the normal growth mechanism of enterprise employees' wage.This paper concludes that the synchronous growth mechanism of enterprise employees' income and economic benefits have not been established,the overall wage level is still low,the income gaps among various industries are still large,in some companies employees' wages increase slowly,and wage arrears still exist.To change this situation,we need to strengthen...
