热水采暖锅炉补水泵变频调速控制

摘    要:针对目前热水采暖锅炉补水泵采用变频调速控制时普遍存在的问题,指出了合理的压力采样点,并对补水泵的闭环控制采用了变频器内部PID调节功能,给出了电路原理图和变频器的参数设置。实际运行表明,设备稳定可靠,达到了预期效果,可借鉴。

Abstract:Directed against the current common problem in the frequency control of make-up pump of hot- water heating boiler,the thesis points out the reasonable pressure sampling points,and adopts PID regulating function in the frequency converter for the closed-loop control of make-up pump, gives the electric schematic diagram and parameter settings of the frequency converter.The actual operation shows that the device is stable and reliable and has achieved the desired effect, and there is something to learn.
