摘    要:实验室研究采用正交试验法,对液相线温度以上的帘线钢进行电脉冲处理,考察对帘线钢凝固质量的影响。研究表明,电脉冲处理可明显改善帘线钢的宏观凝固组织,提高等轴晶率(由33%提高到66%),减少疏松和缩孔;减少夹杂物数量和尺寸,提高帘线钢的洁净度(由12.2个/mm^2减少到4.0个/mm^2);使帘线钢的碳偏析得到明显改善,试样中心的碳偏析比从1.04降到1.00。

Abstract:According to orthogonal - design experiment steel cord in a liquid state was treated by electric pulse, and the effects of electric pulse on solidification quality was detected. It is indicated that macro structure of steel cord was obviously improved, equiaxed crystal ratio was greatly increased to 66% from 33 % , and porosities and shrinkage were significantly reduced; the inclusion number was reduced from 12.2 unit/mm^2 to 4.0 unit/mm^2, carbon segregation in the center of the samples was remarkable improved and its segregation ratio was reduced from 1.04 to 1.00.
