摘    要:针对工业自动化系统中,实现控制系统与工业控制计算机之间的数据通讯,存在的数据的更新周期长(一般在500ms以上),不能满足工业控制中的特殊应用,即数据量大且要求的数据采样周期短的问题,结合工程实践经验,描述如何使用S7API实现西门子S7系列控制系统与计算机之间的高速大数据量通讯。所描述的系统实现了以10ms为周期进行连续100个数据字的读取任务,并且经过现场考核运行证明了系统的稳定性和可靠性。

Abstract:With industry automation,there are many cases at which IPC need exchanging data with the control system,in order to achieve data tracking and technology computing.Generally,it needs HMI system software to achieve this application by the mechanism of OPC,for example WINCC,INTOUCH,etc.But there is a problem that the sample cycle is too long,commonly it may be greater than 500 ms.This blue print could not fulfil the special case in industy application,for example there are many datas and the sample cycle must be as short as impossible.A new method to achieve the data communication between IPC and the Siemens S7 control system using S7-API is introduced.The system described has fulfilled that collecting 100 data words by 10 ms sampling cycle.The stability and the reliability of the system have been proved by the hot running process.
