掺氧化铝小球钢纤维混凝土的自修复性能研究

摘    要:采用真空吸附法将环氧树脂和固化剂分别吸入薄壁氧化铝空心球中,用黏土进行球面密封,制得包含修复剂的小球。以钢纤维增强混凝土为基体,加入不同掺量的修复小球制备自修复混凝土试样,对其力学性能和自修复性能进行了测试。综合考虑修复效果和自修复混凝土自身的性能,自修复混凝土中钢纤维和修复小球的最佳掺量分别占水泥质量的1.5%和9%。

Abstract:Thin-walled hollow alumina ball containing epoxy resin or curing agent were prepared by vacuum process respectively and the surfaces of balls sealed with clay. Self repairing concrete specimens were prepared by adding different volume of repairing balls to steel fiber reinforced concrete, and its chanical properties and self repairing performance were tested. Considering the repairing effect and concrete performance, the optimal steel fiber and repairing ball rate in self repairing concrete is 1.5% and 9% respectively.
