低钙高镁石灰石在水泥生产中的使用

摘    要:TYDY水泥有限公司5 000 t/d熟料线Ф4.8 m×72 m预分解窑生产线采用石灰石、砂岩、粉煤灰和钢渣四组份配料。其中,石灰石自备矿山早期开采中,石灰石品位较差,钙低镁高,且不稳定。为此该公司对低钙高镁石灰石从矿山开采、科学搭配和合理利用、到进厂检验、优化配料、熟料煅烧进行了严格管理,层层落实,结果生产的熟料质量、产量都高于和优于设计要求,取得了良好的经济效益。

Abstract:5 000 t/d clinker, Ф4.8 m×72 m precalciner production line of TYDY Cement Co.,Ltd. is applied four component proportion.ing of limestone,sandstone,fly ash and slag. And in early mining of limestone quarry, the limestone quality was poor as unstable low-cal.cium and high magnesium content. So aiming at low-calcium high-magnesium limestone, the company started tight management and carried out layer upon layer from mining, proportioning, reasonable utilization, testing to firing, and in the end, the quality and output of produced clinker all higher than that of designed requirements, gaining good economic benefit.
