摘    要:针对基于蓄热式燃烧系统的球墨铸铁管连续式退火炉,结合工程实践,介绍了集双交叉限幅控制、温度-流量串级控制、三通阀换向控制及排烟温度控制于一体的退火炉温度控制系统.该系统可有效提高燃烧效率,保证动态条件下空燃比及空气过剩系数稳定,有着广阔的应用前景.

Abstract:Focus on the DI pipe continuous annealing furnace with regenerative combustion system,based on the project practice introduces the annealing furnace temperature control system integrated the double cross limit control,temperature-flowrate cascade control,triple valve switching control as well as the flue gas removing temperature control.
