| 摘 要： | 针对油田采出水对管线的结垢和腐蚀问题，采用多乙烯多胺、环氧氯丙烷、亚磷酸为原料，合成含膦缓蚀阻垢剂PEA，利用静态挂片法和络合滴定法对合成的含膦缓蚀阻垢剂PEA进行了性能评价试验。根据正交试验，筛选出了具有较好缓蚀阻垢性能的含膦缓蚀阻垢剂PEA-5，并与缓蚀阻垢剂HPAA进行复配。结果表明，PEA-5和HPAA缓蚀阻垢剂按质量比5：5进行复配，80℃下，以20mg／L的量加入矿化度为67550mg／L的模拟水中，缓蚀率和阻垢率分别达90．9％和95．8％。 |
