建设项目管理领域执业资格考试模块化研究

随着建设管理体制的改革和发展，我国在建设项目管理领域逐步建立了比较完善的造价师、监理工程师、咨询工程师（投资）、建造师等执业资格考试制度。这些制度对建设工程管理专业人才的素质提高起到了积极的促进作用。由于这些执业资格考试制度建立过程缺乏统一规划，加大了考生和考务部门的负担，造成社会资源的浪费，不利于人才流动。借鉴我国的司法统一考试，提出了将建设项目管理领域的执业资格考试模块化的思路，将会减轻考生和考务部门的工作量，促进人才流动，有利于提高建设项目的实施效率，并有助于建立资源节约型社会。

Modularization of Professional Certificate Examination for Construction Project Management

With the reformation and development of construction management system，construction project management related professional certificate examinations on Certified Estimator，Certified Constructor，Certified Consulting Engineer（Investment）and Certified Jianli Engineer are established respectively in China. These examinations are important to improve professional levels of managerial talents in construction industry. Since these examinations were not well planned，waste for candidates and examination departments are lot and there are barriers for talents flow. Based on National Judicial Examination，a new thought of modularization of construction project management related professional certificate examination is presented.
