摘 要: | ![]() 论述了对二甲苯氧化过程中,溶剂醋酸对催化活性络合物的形成和对反应转化率以及对产物对苯二甲酸收率和质量的影响。利用示踪醋酸分子,系统考察了催化剂Co/Mn配比、原料对二甲苯和促进剂溴浓度以及通氧速度对醋酸分解动力学和机理的影响。得出了氧化最佳工艺条件为:①在Co-Mn-Br催化体系中,Mn的浓度为5—10%,[Br]/[Co+Mn]=2-4;②在反应液中,[PX]=1.2-1.8mol/L,亦即[HAc]/[PX]=3.5-5.4;③通空气速度V_(空气)>46L/(h·kg)。

THE SOLVENT EFFECT AND DECOMPOSITION KINETICS OF ACETIC ACID IN OXIDATION PROCESS OF p-XYLENE |

Abstract: | ![]() In this paper, the effects of solvent (acetic acid) on the formation of activo complex by catalysis, the conversion rate of reaction, and the recovery & quality of product (pphthalic acid) have been described. The rate of catalyst Co/Mn was investigated by means of a tracer HAc molecule, raw material (p-xylene), the concentration of promotor(bromine) and the effect of ingress speed of oxygen versus on the Decomposition Kinetics of acetic and its mechanism were observed. The optimal conditions for oxidation have been obtained as follows:a. In Co-Mn-Br catalytic system, C_(Mn)=5-10%, C_(Br)/C_(Co)+C_(Mn)=2-4;b. In the reaction solution, C_(PX)=1.2-1.8mol/L, and also C_(HAc)/C_(PX)=3.5-5.4;c. The ingress speed of air V_(air)>46L/hr.Kg. |
