摘    要:在原油的储运过程中,静电的危害和雷电危害一样,是不容忽视的问题。从原油储运中的静电现象入手,从原油流动状态、电导率、含水率等几个不同的角度阐述输油站场静电产生的原因及其危害,通过采取控制原油流速以及防止油与水、空气混合、输油设备、设施接地或跨接等措施,降低静电的危害,确保输油站场安全生产。

Abstract:In the process of crude oil storage and transportation,both the electrostatic harm and lightning harm cannot be neglected.This article expounds the reasons for the occurrence of electrostatic at the oil transportation station from different angles involving the flow state,conductivity rate and water content of the crude oil from the electrostatic in crude oil storage and transportation and analyzes the hazards.Through taking measures such as controlling crude oil velocity,preventing oil from mixing with water and air,ground connection or jump of oil transportation equipment and facilities,the electrostatic hazards can be decreased,which ensures the safe production of oil storage and transportation station.
