摘    要:采用不同结构的过滤元件和不同的过滤介质 ,在不同的压力条件下进行交叉过滤实验 ,从中得出管式过滤机的基本规律 :纯净液渗透率公式和悬浮液渗透率公式以及各种情况下的阻力表达式。对不同结构的过滤元件在过滤过程中对操作的影响进行了实验分析。结果表明 ,不同的过滤元件有不同的优点 :簧管式过滤元件能形成稳定的滤饼层 ;支杆式过滤元件则对滤饼有自清作用

Abstract:By means of filter components of different structure and medium, alternating-filtration experiments under different pressures were carried out, which concluded the basic rule of pipe-filter described by the formulas as below: the formulas of the filter-rate of pure-fluid and suspension; the formulas of resistance under various conditions. Meanwhile, the effects caused by filter components with various structures during the course of filtration have been tested and analyzed. The results of the experiments show that each kind of filter component has their distinctive advantages. For example, the spring-pipe filter component can form stable filter cakes and the support model filter component has self-cleaning effects on filter cakes.
