Presents the Report for 1966 and Proposed Amendments to American Psychological Association (APA) Bylaws. The APA Policy and Planning Board met twice during 1966, on January 14 and 15 and again on May 27 in Washington. Part of the meeting in May was held jointly with the special Commission on Composition of Council. The Chairman of the Policy and Planning Board presented proposals of the Board to the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors in January, to the Special Meeting of the Council in March, and to the Board of Directors and the Council in September.
