摘    要:对于超大面积混凝土屋面以及屋面混凝土保护层,混凝土裂缝控制是施工的关键点之一,尤其在大温差干燥环境下,混凝土裂缝控制是施工的难点。基于此,以某实际工程为例,从膨胀加强带设置、混凝土配合比优化、分格缝施工等方面出发,阐述了在大温差干燥环境下超大面积屋面及屋面保护层混凝土的裂缝控制关键技术。经实施,屋面成形质量达到了预期的效果,可为类似工程提供参考。

Abstract:For super large area concrete roof and roof concrete cover,concrete crack control is one of the key points of construction.Especially under the dry environment with large temperature difference,concrete crack control is the difficulty of construction.Based on this,taking a practical project as an example,the key technology for concrete crack control of super large area roof and roof cover under the dry environment with large temperature difference is expounded from the aspects of setting of expansion reinforcing belt,optimization of concrete mix proportion,construction of grid joints,etc.After implementation,the roof concrete forming quality has achieved the expected effect,which can provide reference for similar projects.
