摘    要:电解浮选技术是一种利用电解池原理,通过电解水来获得微泡的方法。其特征是电解产生的气泡直径小,在微细粒浮选、废水处理方面具有特征优势。随着资源"贫、细、杂"特点的突出和绿色化工思想的增强,微细粒浮选、废水中金属离子处理及油水分离的研究与应用必将获得广泛关注。本文总结了电解浮选技术在金属、非金属、煤等细粒物料及废水中油水分离、重金属离子去除、固液分离等研究进展,旨在为电解浮选法的深入研究和推广应用提供借鉴。

Research Progress of Electrolytic Flotation Technology in Beneficiation and Wastewater Treatment

Abstract:Electrolytic flotation technology is a method to obtain microbubbles by electrolyzing water based on the principle of electrolytic cell. It is characterized by the small diameter of the bubble produced by electrolysis, and has the advantages in fine particle flotation and wastewater treatment. With the prominent resources characteristics of poor, fine and miscellaneous and the enhancement of green chemical industry, the research and application of fine particle flotation, metal ion treatment in wastewater and oil-water separation will be widely concerned. This paper summarized the research progress of electrolytic flotation technology in the separation of oil and water, removal of heavy metal ions, solid-liquid separation of metal, non-metal, coal and other fine-grained materials and waste water, in order to further study the electrolytic flotation method and lay a foundation for its popularization and application.
