Trends in product information

Within CIB working commission W 74 on information co-ordination a special ‘Product file’ group monitors developments in this latter area. Here, chairman of the group, Anne Volbeda, deputy director of the Bouwcentrum in the Netherlands, comments on the move towards the data base approach, while presenting the results of an updated survey of some data sheet systems available in different countries at the time of the survey.
