| 摘 要： | 大型铝合金薄壁件的加工精度主要通过机械加工来保证。从大型铝合金薄壁件机械加工的找正、定位方法及切削工艺参数的确定等方面，论述了大型铝合金薄壁件的精密加工技术．壁厚值差在0．26mm以内．口部圆度在0.02mm以内，内外圆同轴度在0．02mm以内。该技术对大型薄壁件的精密加工具有指导作用。

| Abstract: | The accuracy of large thin-wall part of aluminium alloy is ensured through machining mainly.This paper has described the accurate process technology of aluminium alloy by the machined location,the orientation,the craft parameter of cutting etc.It is shown that the wall unevenness within 0.26mm, the circularity within 0.02mm,alignment of inside and outside within 0.02mm. |
