| 摘 要： | 提出了基于Coulter原理的微细颗粒探测的一种新方法－微分检测法，并已在多参数血细胞自动分析仪中得到应用，结果表明：该方法切实可行，能显著提高信号的探测灵敏度。

| Abstract: | A new detection method for micro-particle using Coulter theory-the differential detection method was put forward and was used in the multi-parameter automatic blood cell analyzer. The result shows that this method is feasibe and can improve sensitivity of signal detection. |
