油井无液流自动保护装置的研制

摘    要:针对目前国内还没有检测油井是否有产液量的装置 ,研制了油井无液流自动保护装置。装置主要由传感器和自动控制系统组成 ,传感器部分应用了电磁感应原理 ,当管内有正向液流时 ,传感器内的信号发生器在液流的作用下向右倾斜 ;当管内无液流时 ,信号发生器靠复位磁铁间的相互作用力复位。传感器的感应信号传至自动控制系统 ,自动控制系统将感应信号转换为数字信号 ,控制抽油机的运转。室内试验和现场 3口井的应用表明 ,装置性能可靠 ,对提高机械采油的自动化程度及节资降耗具有重要意义

Abstract:To detect the production condition of rod-pumped wells with incontinuous produced wells, an automatic protection device is developed. The device is mainly comprised of a sensor and an automatic control system. The operating principle of the device is described. The induce signals of the sensor is transferred to the automatic control system, which converts the induce signals to digital signals to control the operation of the pumping unit. Lab test and field use show that the automatic protection device is reliable in performance and is of great importance to improve the degree of automatization of mechanical recovery.
