| 摘 要： | 以甲酸和吗啉为原料，在催化剂ＥＤＤ和带水剂ＭＰ的作用下，反应生成Ｎ－甲酞吗啉．确定了优化工艺条件——甲酸：吗咐为１．１５：１（摩尔比），反应温度８５－９５℃，反应时间为６５ ｈ．Ｎ－甲酰吗啉的总收率为９０．１７％（以吗啉计）

| Abstract: | N-formylmorpholine is synthesized by the reaction between morpholine and formic acid under the help of catalyst EDD and water remover MP. The optimum technological conditions are obtained as fol- lows: molar ratio of formic acid to morpholine 1. 15:1, reaction temperature 85- 95℃, and reaction time 6. 5h. The total recovery rate of N-forn1ylmorpholine is 90. 17 % on the base of morpholine. |
