摘    要:利用多代理技术的智能性、分布性及协调性等特点,结合灵敏度法和向量—距离算法,提出基于多代理的电网无功电压协调控制模型,以解决约束大规模风电并网的电压稳定问题。该模型综合节点间物理距离和电气距离,建立区域级、地区级多代理(Agent)无功协调控制模型,使其能够根据电网实测数据计算电压无功灵敏度,并据此动态更新电网的无功电压控制区域划分,使分区内的无功电压强耦合,分区间的无功电压弱耦合,从而优化无功补偿设备的控制策略,以降低因无功流动而引起的网损,该模型能够在全局范围内对控制策略寻优,突破了分布式Agent局部求解的局限性。在甘肃某含风电场电网中的应用实例验证了该控制模型的有效性。

Abstract:This paper proposes a novel reactive power and voltage coordinated control model based on Multi-agent. In this model, an improved power network partitioning method is presented to form region agent and local agent by using sensitivity method and distance vector algorithm, which compromise the physical distance and electrical distance. It should be noticed that the improved method has self-learning ability for the reason that real-time power data is used in the partitioning procedure. It is strong coupling of reactive power and voltage in the same partition but weak in different ones. The proposed model can optimize control strategy in the global scope, which break through the limitations of partial solution in traditional method. Finally, take some district power grid in GANSU province for instance to prove the feasibility and effectiveness of the new method and control model.
