| Abstract: | The design process of thin-wall plastic was analyzed,gate style and position was choosen according to the mould structure,plastic injection molding process,plastic surface quality etc.Producing reliable and dimensinally stable product was realized by optimizing plastic wall thickness and the mould structure,and the product could meet the quality requirement.These plastic mould design essentials were summarized. |
