| 摘 要： | 山钢股份济南分公司炼铁厂对烧结设备中风机、皮带机、传动装置、高压电机采用PMS管理系统进行设备故障诊断,使设备管理更加规范,作业率由94.6%提高到98.3%,点检效率高达95%以上,保证了设备的长期稳定运行。

| Abstract: | The PMS management system has applied to do equipment fault diagnosis for fan, belt machine, transmission device, high voltage motor in sintering equipment of The Ironmaking Plant of Jinan Steel and it can make further standardization for the equipment management. The operation rate is increased from 94.6% to 98.3%, the point detection efficiency is up to 95% above, and the long-term stable operation of equipment is ensured. |
