摘    要:
针对厚规格(h≥8 mm)SS400B热轧带钢用户开平后出现黑色起粉问题,从板坯规格、轧制温度、轧制速率以及轧后冷却过程等方面详细分析了其氧化铁皮形成原因,通过提高轧制速率、降低卷取温度、将钢卷放置通风处等措施,减少了氧化铁皮残留和四次氧化铁皮的形成,解决了卷取后带钢表面氧化铁皮起粉问题。

Abstract:
Aimed at the black powder on the thick gauge (above 8 mm) SS400B strip surface after levelling process,the causes were analyzed in the way of slab specifications,rolling temperature,rolling speed and cooling process after rolling.Based on it,the measures of increasing rolling speed,decreasing coiling temperature and placing the coil in open air were put into practice,so the residual scale and the fourth scale were reduced,and the black powder problem was resolved.
