摘    要:针对生产60TY1钢轨时UF轧机出钢扭转问题,采用仿真技术对扭转原因进行了分析,并提出和验证了相应解决措施。根据仿真结果,采用增加轧辊直径、增加轨头压下量和加长出口导卫长度等措施,成功解决了60TY1钢轨UF轧机出钢扭转问题,产品质量达到标准要求。

Abstract:In view of the problem of 60TY1 rail twist at UF mill tapping, the rail twist reason was analyzed by using three dimensional FEM,and the corresponding solution measures,such as increasing the diameter of roll,increasing the reduction of rail head and lengthened export guide,etc.were put forward.The problem of 60TY1 rail twist at UF mill tapping was successfully resolved,and the quality of the product meet the standard requirements.
