摘    要:介绍了南阳汉冶特钢有限公司水电用80 mm SX610CF特厚钢板的开发,主要介绍了其化学成分设计以及TMCP+回火工艺,包括钢坯加热温度的确定,两阶段控制轧制工艺及不同回火温度对钢板组织性能的影响。试制结果表明,钢坯加热温度设定为1 190 ~ 1 210 ℃;采用设计的压下规程,每道次的变形均能渗透到钢板芯部,改善了钢板芯部组织;试制钢板力学性能及冲击韧性均可满足水电用钢的技术要求。

Abstract:The development of 80 mm thickness SX610CF heavy plate for hydropower in Nanyang Hanye Special Steel Co.,Ltd.was introduced.The chemical composition design and TMCP+ tempering process were mainly introduced,including the determination of heating temperature of slab,two stage controlled rolling process and the effect of different tempering temperatures on the microstructure and properties of the plate.The trial production results show that the slab heating temperature is set to 1 190-1 210 °C,and using the designed pressing procedure,the deformation of each pass can penetrate into the core of the plate,the core structure of the plate can be improved.Based on these,the mechanical propeties and impact toughness of plate can meet the technical requirements of hydropower steel.
