低碳钢线材表面红锈问题研究

摘    要:针对低碳钢盘条表面易产生红锈的问题,以低碳冷镦钢SWRCH22A为例,分析了其盘条表面红锈的产生机理,测定了不同红锈状态下氧化铁皮成分组成;通过不同控轧控冷工艺参数的设定,研究了加热、控轧控冷工艺参数对红锈级别的影响。结果表明,通过降低钢坯加热温度至1 050 ℃及以下、提高吐丝温度至920~940 ℃、减少在线冷却水量,轧后盘条空冷至室温(冷速平均达5.5 ℃/s)等措施,可有效降低红锈级别。

Abstract:In view of the problem of easy to generate red rust scale on the surface of low carbon wire rods,taking the heading steel SWRCH22A coil for example, the mechanism of red rust scale formation was analyzed,and the compositions of red rust scale under its different morphologies were measured.Through setting different heating temperature,controlled rolling and controlled cooling parameters,the influence of technology parameters on red rust scale grade was studied.The result show that the red rust scale grade could be effectively reduced by setting low heating temperature to and lower 1 050 ℃、raising spin temperature to 920-940 ℃、reducing on line cooling water and choosing air cooling way(average cooling speed of 5.5 ℃/s)after rolling.
