经编双针床方格绒织物织造工艺的探索

本文根据西德ＫａｒｌＭａｙｅｒ公司，ＲＤ６ＤＰＬＭ／１２，１６Ｅ双针床短毛绒经编机的工艺原理设计出经编双针床方格绒织物织造工艺，并投入生产。

Approach to the technology of wearing the check velour fabric by warp-knitted double needle bars

The technology of wearing the check velour fabric by warp-knitted double needle bars was designed according to the principle of RD6DPl,M/12 16E needle bar warp-knitted machine of Karl Mayer Co, Germany and put into the practice. At present, the principle was modified: the wearing circle sequence in one range was changed from the original method from front toward back needle bar to the modified method from back needle bar to front one. The new technology was more reasonable,reduced the cloth cut and raised the quality.
