矿井通风系统调节性的研究

摘    要:对典型通风系统进行调节性研究证明,影响通风系统调节效果的因素除漏风和主通风机风压特性外,还有系统风阻(或等积孔)、用风区段风阻比例、增(或降)阻分支原风阻大小等;调节性指标用加风分支风量相对增加值Sz表示,具体矿井通风系统的Sz可用减风分支风量相对减少值Sj(取绝对值、用“%”)很方便地求算;提出了增、降阻合理范围和提高调节效果的措施。

Research on Regularity of Mine Ventilation System
Abstract:Abstract It was shown through research on typical ventilation system that system ventilating resistance(or equivalent orifice), ratio of ventilating resistance in air consuming district,original resistance in the resistance increasing (or decreasing) branch were the factors to influence regulation result of ventilation system in addition to air leakage and the air pressure characteristics of main fan. The regularity index was represented by relative increment of air flow in air adding branch,Sz. As for the ventilation system in a certain mine Sz can be computed conveniently by using the relative decrease value of air flow in air reducing branch, Sj(using absolute value,%). The proper range of resistance increase and decrease was proposed in the paper,as well as the measures to improve the regulating result.
