催化汽油加氢脱硫装置运行技术分析

摘    要:中海油惠州炼化分公司新建一套50万吨/年全馏分催化汽油加氢脱硫装置(CDOS.FRCN),以满足公司汽油升级至国Ⅳ、V标准的要求。装置运行表明,惠炼催化汽油经CDOS-FRCN处理后,汽油产品硫含量降至50ppm和10ppm时,RoN损失分别为0.25和1.4。CDOS-FRCN技术具有流程简单、投资省、能耗低的特点,可为炼油厂汽油质量升级提供经济适用、脱硫灵活的技术方案。

Abstract:CNOOC Huizhou Refining & Petrochemical Company newly built a set of 500 kt/a full cut FCC gasoline hydrodesulfurization unit (CDOS-FRCN) in order to meet the needs of enhancing the company's gasoline standard to National IV Standard and National VStandard . The operation of the unit indicates that, after the treatment of CDOS-FRCN, when gasoline product sulfur content reduces to 50 ppm and 10 ppm, Huizhou Refining & Petrochemical Company's FCC gasoline RON loss is respectively 0.2 and 1.4. CDOS-FRCN technology has the characteristics such as simple process, economical investment and low energy consumption and can provide a economical and flexible desulfurization technical scheme for refineries to upgrade gasoline quality
