电弧炉炼钢复合吹炼技术的研究及应用

摘    要:提出了电弧炉炼钢复合吹炼的概念,结合电弧炉生产,研究了电弧炉炼钢复合吹炼工艺的炉料结构、供电供氧操作、底吹搅拌等单元操作的技术集成,实现了电炉炼钢工艺技术的进步,提高了冶炼节奏,降低了原辅材料消耗。

Abstract:The paper puts forward the concept of composite blowing technology of electric arc furnace steelmaking. Combining with the EAF production, technical unit integration of electric arc furnace steelmaking are studied which include the burden structure , oxygen and power supply and bottom blowing stirring and so on, to achieve the development of electric furnace steelmaking process and improve the smelting rhythm, reduce the raw and auxiliary materials consumption.
