| 摘 要： | 焦炉基础超出了我国现行的钢筋混凝土结构设计规范对构筑物设置伸缩缝的长度规定,原图设计在基础底版及顶板上设置一道后浇带,要求混凝土强度达到100%后再进行后浇带的施工.施工中经与设计、建设单位协商,采取取消砼后浇带一次浇注砼的施工方法并获得成功,本文对此作了一个详细的论述.

| Abstract: | The base coke oven generally exceeds the length li mitation which the present structure design standard of the reinforced concrete requires on the expansion joint of the structure. The original design tends to place a rear concrete pouring belt on the base plate and the top plate, requiring the usage of the rear concrete pouring belt after concrete co mpletely coagulates. However, in the process of the construction the designer and the construction unit reach the agree ment on canceling the usage of the rear concrete pouring belt and carrying outthe concrete pouring co mpletely once in a ti me. And this thesis tries to illustrate this process in detail. |
