| 摘 要： | 实验室队伍建设是高校实验室建设的重要组成部分,实验室队伍建设的严重滞后已经成为各高校发展的颈瓶。分析了目前实验室队伍的现状及存在的主要问题,根据高校建设发展的趋势,提出了实验室队伍建设的目标,并从管理机制、政策保证、激励机制、考核办法等方面出发,探索建设一支高素质实验室队伍的途径。
