| 摘 要： | 介绍了一个实用的中小型酒店管理信息系统的设计和实现方法，针对目前传统酒店管理信息系统中存在的缺陷，重点论述了如何把CRM理念引入该管理信息系统中。实践证明该系统具有良好的性能和较强的适用性。

Aiming at the question of traditional hotel MIS, we focus on how to combine the CRM theory with this MIS. And this MIS is proved to have good performance and strong applicability. |
