摘    要:通过混凝土裂缝修复试验,混凝土表面防护试验及混凝土粘结试验等多种手段研究了基于微生物成因的混凝土缺陷修复的效果和适用范围,研究表明:利用微生物在新陈代谢过程中发生的矿化作用,诱导形成碳酸钙,可以对混凝土缺陷进行修复,适合修复宽度在200μm以下的裂缝。利用硅藻土作为载体,可以使微生物附着在混凝土表面生长,形成致密的防护层。在混凝土裂缝中涂抹菌液,可以粘结试块,提高其抗拉强度。

Abstract:The effects and application range of concrete defects repair based on microbial mechanism are analyzed by sev-eral methods such as concrete crack repair test ,concrete surface protection test and concrete bond test .The results indi-cate that the use of mineralization occurring in the process of metabolism of microorganisms induces the formation of calci-um carbonate which can repair the concrete defects ,which is suitable for repairing cracks under width of 200μm .Using diatomite as a carrier ,microorganisms can adhere to and grow on the surface of concrete to form a dense protective layer . Applying bacteria solution to concrete cracks can bond test block to improve the tensile strength .
