摘    要:系统地研究和探讨了新型碳化硅棚板的配方和工艺,研制出增韧复合相结合碳化硅棚板,经检测和生产使用表明,其在抗热震性、高温荷重以及抗氧化性和使用寿命等方面均达到或部分高出国外同类产品的指标。

Abstract:The formula and technological process of new type silicate carbide slab has been systematically studied and discussed in this paper.The flexible silicate slab combined with complex phases has been developed,whose thermal shock resistance,high temperature loading,oxidation resistance and service life are greatly improved.The physical and chemical indexes and service performance of this kiln furniture rank in front in the same field of the country due to the mutil-factors optimization of fully reinforced flexibilizers.
