毛公铁矿溜井运输系统的设计优化

摘    要:为延长毛公铁矿溜井系统的使用寿命和减少溜井开拓工程量,提出了根据地下开采系统各阶段储量分布特征和灵活运用采区溜井系统的溜井运输系统设计优化思路,给出了该矿主溜井系统与采区溜井系统相结合的溜井运输系统实施方案,可使主溜井的高度降低60 m,采区溜井的高度降低60 m,节省溜井系统的开拓工程量;采用75°倾角的主溜井布置方案,以改变溜井中矿、岩流动的运动方向,减轻矿石流对溜井井壁的冲击破坏程度,有利于延长溜井系统的使用寿命。

Abstract:To extend the service life and decrease the drifting engineering amount of orepass system in Maogong Iron Mine,the optimized design ideas of orepass transportation system are put forward according to the reserve distribution features in levels in underground mining system of this mine and the flexible application of chute in mining area.The specific imple-mentation plan of orepass transportation system is proposed combined with the main orepass system and the chutes system in mining section.Both the main orepass and the chute in mining section reduce 60 m in height,therefore,the amount of caving engineering in orepass system is decreased.A layout scheme of orepass with 75 °of inclination angle could change the direction of ore or rock flowing in the orepass,reduce the damage impact of ore or rock flowing on the orepass wall.It is propitious to prolong the service life of orepass system.
