基于钻孔三维模型的单工程矿体圈定方法

摘    要:为实现三维可视化环境下的矿体圈定,进而建立矿体三维模型,对单工程矿体边界自动圈定方法进行了分析。根据钻孔孔口、样品分析、测斜和地质岩性数据,计算钻孔空间轨迹和属性数据,从而建立钻孔三维模型。在此基础上,根据矿床工业指标(包括边界品位、最小可采厚度、夹石剔除厚度、最低工业品位、最低米百分率等),对三维空间的样品进行组合,通过按样长或样长与密度乘积的加权平均值计算组合样品的矿石品位。利用矿体倾向和倾角计算矿体厚度方向的向量,根据钻孔三维模型的空间轨迹线计算各矿段的穿矿向量,采用将穿矿向量投影至厚度方向的向量计算矿体真厚度,分别实现了采用边界品位的单指标和采用边界品位与最低工业品位的双指标矿体圈定方法。以云南省某铜矿地表钻孔数据为例,对所提矿体圈定方法进行了验证,结果表明:基于钻孔三维模型的单工程矿体边界自动圈定方法能够按照给定的工业指标圈定矿体,有助于大幅度提高矿体圈定的准确性和工作效率。

Abstract:In order to delineate the ore-body in the three-dimensional visualization environment to establish the three-dimensional model of ore-body,the method of automatic delineation method of the single engineering ore-body is analyzed.According to the data of drillhole,samples analysis,survey and geological lithology,the three-dimensional drillhole model is establihsed by caculating the drillhole spatial trajectory and drillhole attribute data.Based on the three-dimensional drillhole model,according to the industrial indexes of deposit (including cutoff grade,minimum mining thickness,rock eliminating thickness,minimum industrial grade,minimum meter percent,et al),the drillhole samples of three-dimensional space are composited,the grade of composite sampels grade are calculated by the length of the drillhole samples or the weighted average values of the product of samples length and specfic gravity.The vector of thickness direction is calculated by the dip direction and dip angle of ore-body,the vectors of each ore-bodies are calculated based on the spatial trajectory of the three-dimensional drillhole model.The true thickness of ore-body is proposed by the vector that is obtained by projecting the vector of each ore-bodies to the thickness direction.The ore-body delineation methods based on the single index of cuttoff grade and the two indexes of cuttoff grade and minimum industrial grade are implemented.The ore-body delineation methods proposed in this papaer is tested by the drillhole data of a copper mine in Yunnan province,the results show that the ore-bodies can be delineated effectively based on the given industrial indexes by adopting the single engineering ore-body delineation method,therefore,the ore-body delineation method proposed in this paper is good for improving the precise and working efficiency of ore-body delineation.
