高压开关的润滑技术

通过对德国工业润滑相关标准、相关实验及实际高压开关设备的润滑应用工况,解析了高压电气接触、SF6动态密封和操动机构的润滑优化依据和典型的行业应用。总结了高压电气接触润滑、操动机构、GIS密封润滑剂应用的成分、种类选择:低于60 kV的电气接触润滑,考虑到应用经济性可选择PAO(全合成烃类)+特殊皂基专用电气接触润滑脂;高于60 kV的电气接触润滑必须选择PFPE(全氟聚醚)+PTFE(聚四氟乙烯类)专用特制电气接触润滑脂;SF6动态密封根据使用的橡胶材料EPDM,需要使用PG(聚乙二醇类)、硅基础、PFPE类润滑脂,润滑的关键是和EPDM兼容性好,高粘附性但具有低摩擦系数、抗腐蚀性介质;弹簧操动机构的润滑需要考虑润滑脂的抗老化性、负载、运动方式、工作环境等要求,综合考虑,合理选择才能达到长效、安全、可靠、稳定的润滑应用。

High Voltage Switch Lubrication Technology

We introduce lubrication analysis of high voltage switches on the high voltage electrical contact,SF6 seal and spring operating mechanism lubrication with the typical applications,testing methods and measures according to relative DIN industrial standards.The electrical contact of a switch with the voltage lower than 60 kV can be lubricated with PAO+special soap grease.The electrical contact of a switch with the voltage higher than 60 kV must be lubricated with special PFPE+PTFE grease only.The SF6 dynamic seal should use PG,Si and PFPE based oil grease due to their good compatibility with the EPDM elastomer material of SF6 seal,and their high adhesion and low friction.The selection of the spring operating mechanism lubrication should consider anti-aging capacity of grease,as well as component’s load,speed,friction type,and working environment,in order to achieve long-term,safe,reliable and stable lubrication.
