摘    要:为消除滚齿机在加工过程中,滚刀主轴振动信号因环境影响而产生的噪声信号,提出一种基于Savitzky Golay -WPT的信号降噪方法。对原信号进行计算,得其最佳小波包分解树;根据最佳分解树,进行小波包变换(WPT),得小波包系数;利用阈值函数对小波包系数进行筛选;结合最小二乘拟合方法对小波包筛选后系数进行重构。结果表明:与传统小波包和CEEMDAN相比,所提方法降噪性能分别提高3135%和2271%;在实际加工数据中,与传统小波包方法对比,该方法可减少中心频率周边干扰,使中心频率特征更突出,降噪效果更明显。

Abstract:In order to eliminate the noise signal generated by the vibration signal of the hobbing spindle in the machining process due to the environmental influence,a signal noise reduction method based on Savitzky Golay-WPT was proposed. The original signal was calculated to obtain the optimal wavelet packet decomposition tree; according to the optimal decomposition tree,the wavelet packet transform was carried out to obtain the wavelet packet coefficients; the threshold function was used to filter the wavelet packet coefficients; the least square fitting method was used to reconstruct the coefficients after wavelet packet screening. The results show that compared with the traditional wavelet packet and CEEMDAN,the performance of the proposed method is improved by 31.35% and 22.71% respectively; in the actual processing data,compared with the traditional wavelet packet method,by using this method,the peripheral interference of the center frequency can be reduced,and the central frequency features is more prominent and the noise reduction effect is more obvious.
