| 摘 要： | 简要介绍了安钢针对板坯较薄的情况,采用低碳-锰-铌-钼成分体系、独特的控制轧制工艺和控制冷却工艺在150 t转炉-3 500 mm炉卷轧机生产线成功研发21 mm厚度的X70管线钢,其金相组织和各项性能均优于西气东输二线用X70钢板的技术要求。

| Abstract: | This paper briefly introduces the successful development of 21 mm thickness X70 pipeline steel plate from light gauge slab of Angang in the 150 t Converter-3 500 mm Steckel Mill Production Line by using low C-Mn-Nb-Mo composition system,unique controlled rolling process and controlled cooling process,of which the metallographic structure and various properties are better than the technical requirements of the second west to east natural gas transmission pipeline project on X70 pipeline steel plate. |
