基于神经网络的电动机绕组温升预测研究

摘    要:针对电动机发热和散热过程复杂、难于准确计算的问题,以大量实验为基础,基于人工神经网络,建立了电动机热过载数学模型,通过采用Matlab计算软件,编制了计算程序对异步电动机温升进行智能预测。实验结果表明,该模型实现了对长期稳定负载以及频繁起动时电动机绕组的温升进行准确预测与计算,为研制高性能的电动机保护器奠定基础。

Abstract:It is a very difficult problem to calculate the temperature rise for the motor winding in the generating-heat and the dissipating-heat course.This paper sets up a mathematical model to calculate heat over loading based on a large number of experiments and Artificial Neural Network.Work out the calculate software by Matlab and forecast the winding temperature.The experiment results demonstrate that this model realizes the forecast and calculation of the temperature rise of the motor winding accurately in the situation of frequent starting and long-term stable load.Establish the foundation for studying the high-performance motor protector product.
