| 摘 要： | 在线快速清洗技术在聊城发电厂输灰系统除垢工程的实际应用结果表明，该技术除垢速度快，２０小时除去２００吨灰垢；实际酸耗（１．６５ｔ３０％ＨＣｌ／吨垢）低于理论值（２．１４）的２２．９％；当缓蚀剂ＷＥＣ－Ⅱ用量为０．２０％时，金属腐蚀速度小于１０ｇ／ｍｚ／ｈ，不发生点蚀。

| Abstract: | Rapid cleaning technology on --line was applied in Liaocheng power plant.The technology can removed rapidly scale of ash transporting system,by which 200 tons ash scale was removed one time with another only for 20 hours.The practical acid consumption (1.65 tons of 30% HCl per ton scale ) was less 22.9% than calculated value(2.14 tons of 30% HCl per ton scaale).When the inhibitor(WEC-Ⅱ)concentration was 0.20%,the oorrosion was less than 10g.m -2 .h -1 and no pit corosion occured. |
