雷达架撤系统比例换向阀组实时仿真与测试技术

摘    要:针对雷达架撤系统比例换向阀组性能的精确性评估问题,通过试验、测试及仿真等技术手段,并结合虚拟仪器软件LabVIEW 和面向仪器系统的PCI 扩展(PXI)实时仿真平台,综合应用软件多功能接口技术,开发了一套比例换向阀组实时仿真与测试系统。该系统可对其测试和仿真曲线进行实时比对,从而完成阀组性能的精确评估,并根据结果曲线和故障库,最终实现对阀组相关故障的模糊预判。

Abstract:Aimed at precise estimate of performance for proportional directional combination valve about auto-erecting system for radar, a system of real time simulation and test is developed by experiment, test and simulation means, combined with virtual instrument software LabVIEW and PXI real time simulation platform, and the multi-interface function of LabVIEW is applied. Real time comparison between test curve and simulation curve is carried on, and precise estimate of performance for valve is completed. According to result curve and fault database, fuzzy prejudgement of related fault for valve is realized finally.
