摘    要:不同于小容量温控负荷,中央空调具有良好的削峰填谷和需求响应潜力。提出了一种基于弹性温度可调裕度的中央空调控制策略,针对负载率型中央空调终端用户的差异性,结合用户的主观及客观情况,综合考虑用户响应意愿对中央空调负荷群体进行调控,并基于该控制策略,从负荷聚合商角度,构建一种新型双层优化控制模型,满足空调负荷响应出力与目标一致的前提下,通过综合考虑用户的响应意愿,实现聚合商的利润最大化。算例分析结果表明,所提策略研究合理有效,为空调负荷参与电网辅助服务提供相关理论与实施方法。

Abstract:Unlike the small-capacity temperature control load, the central air-conditioning has good potential of peak adjustment and precision response. In this paper, a central air-conditioning control strategy based on adjustable elastic margin of elastic temperature is proposed. Aiming at differences between end-users of central air-conditioning in load rate, subjective and objective circumstances of users are combined, considering the user''s willingness to control the central air conditioning groups. Based on the control strategy, a new type of double-layer optimal control model is constructed to meet the requirement of air-conditioning load target from the perspective of load aggregator, and the profit of aggregator is maximized by considering the user''s willingness. The case study part shows that the research strategy proposed in this paper is reasonable and effective, which provides relevant theory and implementation method for air-conditioning load to participate in grid auxiliary service.
